The spectrum of symptoms stemming from chronic anxiety, especially in combination with trauma or complex trauma, is extensive and diverse, ranging from intrusive thoughts and obsessions to unsettling physical sensations like rapid heartbeat and dissociation. The daily battle with these challenges can significantly impact your self-esteem, energy levels, relationships, and overall sense of purpose in the world.

These offerings are crafted with the goal of empowering you to become your own source of safety. While external support from people and resources plays a crucial role in your journey towards healing your relationship with anxiety, it's essential to recognize that YOU are the ultimate catalyst for change. My aspiration is to assist you in rewiring your automatic responses to fearful thoughts and emotions, providing you the freedom to live life on your own terms.

Group Support

This 8-week group is aimed to help you:

  • Connect with others who share a similar struggle

  • Learn about the different types of anxiety disorders and how they often overlap

  • Learn about how anxiety intersects with PTSD, C-PTSD and neurodivergence

  • Develop a balance of concrete somatic, behavioral, cognitive and emotional coping strategies for managing anxiety

  • Cultivate an understanding of anxiety that is not based in pathology, but one that normalizes and appreciates the role that anxiety plays in our lives

  • Develop a relationship with fear and anxiety where you are empowered to take charge

  • Explore the ways in which technology and social media contribute to the development of anxiety disorders

  • Uncover unique strengths and wisdom that lie just beneath the surface of your anxiety

  • Discover a new expanded and powerful sense of self 

You are a good candidate for this program if:

  • You are ready to let go of avoidance strategies and safety behaviors

  • You have a strong desire to take charge of your anxiety

  • You are willing to experience discomfort in the short term for the sake of long term freedom from fear and anxiety 

  • You are tired of letting anxiety boss you around!

***Note: Folks coming in with primary OCD diagnosis will benefit from attending this group, however it is not a replacement for traditional Exposure Response Therapy.

What's included:

  • All sessions are currently virtual and held on a HIPPA compliant platform

  • 90 minute group once per week

  • Each session will be topic based with space for processing and integration of learning

  • Assistance with exploring and identifying next steps

Pricing

  $75.00 per session, total of $600.00

  If paying in full, a discount of one free session would apply, making the total cost $525.00 

Individual Support

We will work together to:

  • Normalize your experience by understanding the neurobiology of anxiety and anxiety disorders

  • Feel empowered by learning how to use exposures and mind-body techniques to begin to move from anxiety to calm in moments of stress or overwhelm

  • Build resiliency and confidence by cultivating a relationship with yourself and your anxiety that is based in compassion and loving-kindness

  • Reclaim your life as you identify what is really important to you and allow your values, not your anxiety, to dictate your behavior

You are a good candidate for this program if:

  • You are ready to let go of avoidance strategies and safety crutches

  • You have a strong desire to take charge of your anxiety

  • You are willing to experience discomfort in the short term for the sake of long term freedom from anxiety 

  • You are tired of letting anxiety boss you around!

What's included:

  • All sessions are currently virtual and held on a HIPPA compliant platform

  • 75 minute initial session, followed by 11 hour long sessions either once or twice per week.

  • Each session will be goal oriented with space for processing and integration of learning

  • Upon completion of the program you will receive a personalized set of journal prompts, worksheets, meditations and/or readings based upon our work together

  • Assistance with exploring and identifying next steps
